OK. So Mou has been to some "great" clubs - Chelsea, Inter and Real are always a top 1-2 team, but surely the previous manager got the sack for a reason ... some managers spend ALOT of money and get little in return (Dalglish @ Liverpool 2011/2012 Season), the question about going to a lower team and doing it - well, surely there's only a limit on what a manager can acheive - the players need to be of a certain quality and also, if you were the best at something - would you go to a lower team/league? Hmmm. I guess not.

Sorry Nicholas but what match were you watching?! "They played for penalties"?! Given that the situation was mightily tense for both sides (any goal conceded would have seen them done for) what else did you expect after a blistering 45 minutes?

They was no way the match could have lasted at that tempo. Dont forget Madrid played an El Clasico three days earlier - get serious.

It was a tense, thrilling, griping tie which showcased the best of European football - defence, midfield creativity, great keepers and dangerous attacks.

The Premier League was set up by the big clubs, for the big clubs. The FA don't want the small sides to do well. And if you look at decisions over the years, the big sides do benefit. Like Ashley Young and Ivanavic at the weekend. As far as the FA are concerned, teams like Wigan and Stoke don't exist. The worst thing is all the glory hunting supporters, who follow these sides who have never been to the place or seen their team play.
